- Negative: Requires printing and faxing form
- Negative: They screwed me Jun30-Jul6 when the messed up my MX records, but they still seem to be the best deal, so I am going to give them one more chance
- Customer support is guaranteed 24 hours via e-mail (they seem to live up to this)
